New User Registration!

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING Register with usw5.org to stay up to date on important issues affecting you. You will have full access to the Member Resources area and the ability to manage your own settings. You will also have the option to be added to relevant mailing lists in order to receive email notifications on current issues. You must be a member in good standing to register. Once you submit the form below your membership will be verified and you will be notified that your account has been activated. Your Username must include your first initial and last name (Examples: JDoe, JohnDoe, JADoe). If you register with an employer provided e-mail address, you must select YES to have a usw5.org e-mail address created for you. Your account will not be activated with an employer provided e-mail address. Any registered member is eligible for a usw5.org e-mail address. This is web based e-mail that you can check from anywhere you have an internet connection. If you request a usw5.org e-mail account, it will be set up using the same User ID and password that you register with. Thank you!
